WHAT DOES THIS FEATURE SOLVE?

It can be time-consuming to keep track of which politicians sit on which committees, or which stakeholders belong to a specific local authority. Ulobby's standard groups are pre-built and continuously updated lists of political actors - organised by market, organisation, and role. Use them to quickly find relevant stakeholders without having to maintain the lists yourself.

HOW TO - STEP BY STEP

  1. Go to Stakeholder groups in the left navigation.

  2. In the menu on the left, you will find three main group types: Standard, Shared and Private. Click on Standard.

  3. Standard groups are organised into sub-groups by market and institution. Navigate through the structure to find the group you are looking for - for example, a specific committee.

  4. Click on a group to see the stakeholders that belong to it.

  5. To add a stakeholder from a standard group to one of your own groups, click the three green dots on the stakeholder card and select which group you would like to add the person to.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Standard groups are created and maintained by Ulobby and cannot be edited.

  • Which standard groups you have access to depends on your market - users with access to Denmark will for example see Danish committees and parliamentary groups.

  • Stakeholders found in standard groups can be added to your own groups (Shared or Private).
