WHAT DOES THIS FEATURE SOLVE?
In public affairs, knowing what your political contacts are focused on right now is essential. The stakeholder feed brings together social media posts, parliamentary questions, and press coverage from your stakeholders in one continuous feed, so you can quickly read the political agenda and spot relevant activity. You can filter the feed by different stakeholder groups as well as by your issues, making it easy to see which stakeholders are active on the topics you are monitoring.
HOW TO - STEP BY STEP
Go to Stakeholder feeds in the left navigation.
You will now see a combined feed with content from all your organisation's stakeholders - including social media posts, parliamentary questions, and press coverage. By default, you see all stakeholders in the "Shared" folder.
You can then filter by the different groups in the left side panel to only see content from specific groups - both standard and custom ones.
To narrow the feed down to a specific topic, use the issue filter at the top and select the issue you want to filter by.
If you would like an ongoing email update with a specific feed, you can easily set this up using the "+Add email" button in the top right corner.
GOOD TO KNOW
The feed is based on the stakeholders from the stakeholder group you select. Remember to continuously add new relevant stakeholders to your own groups to keep your feed as relevant as possible.
The more up to date your stakeholder groups are, the more accurate and relevant your feed will be.
